李家平

李家平，男，江苏扬州人。中山大学医学博士，美国南加州大学博士后。现任中山大学附属第一医院肿瘤介入科主任、医学影像科副主任、教授、主任医师、博士生导师。^[1]

长期从事肿瘤与血管疾患的微创介入与靶向治疗，2013年任第3届亚太肿瘤介入学大会执行主席，2014、2015年任肝癌微创与综合治疗广州国际高峰论坛执行主席。

优秀青年人才培养对象，首届羊城好医生，2015年获国际肿瘤冷冻学会杰出成就奖，2017年被授予“国之名医”优秀示范称号。

擅长于肿瘤与肝硬化门脉高压症的微创介入治疗，特别是对原发与转移性肝癌、肺癌、胆管癌、胰腺癌、膀胱癌、卵巢癌、宫颈癌，肝母与肾母细胞瘤、血管畸形的介入诊疗（包括经动脉灌注化疗与栓塞、氩yà氦刀冷冻、射频、微波消融、粒子与支架植入、药盒埋置）以及区域化疗、分子靶向与免疫治疗，并在肝硬化门脉高压症TIPS术、颈动脉体瘤栓塞术、胆道梗阻、导管射频消融联合支架植入术与外周血管闭塞性疾病开通术方面也积累了丰富的诊疗经验。^[1]

2004年6月获中山大学临床博士学位。2004年在韩国Asan医疗中心接受微创介入学临床技能训练，2008年6月-2009年9月在美国南加州大学Hoffman医学研究中心从事博士后研究工作，在国内较早进行“MAT基因的肝癌相关性研究”。主持国家自然科学基金研究面上项目3项^[2]，参与2项；主持包括教育部留学回国人员启动基金项目在内的省部级科研项目15项，中山大学重大医学临床5010科研项目1项。主编人卫版专著《肝癌微创介入治疗学》，参编9部。在核心医学杂志上发表论文130余篇，SCI收录论著近40余篇，The Oncologist, Oncotarget, Cardiovasc Intervent Radiology，Journal of Vascular & Interventional Radiology,Target Oncology, Tumor Biology, PLoS One, Oncotarget, BMC Cancer, American J Pathology, J Urology，Neurosurgery 等国际SCI期刊上发表论著。多次应邀在国内外标志性肿瘤与介入医学会议上发言（CSCO、ASCO、RSNA、SIR、ESMO），并建立了广泛的国际合作研究关系。
