研究的兴趣主要集中在：

(1) 解析胃肠及肝脏发育，生长，分化，凋亡和癌变的生理与病理生理机制；

(2) 研究肝硬化及肝衰竭的分子基础和临床治疗；

(3) 理解的炎症性肠病分子病理机制和基因调控。
