陈永泉,男,1962年10月生,籍贯浙江。1982年毕业于复旦大学微生物学系,1990年在比利时Free University of Brussels分子生物学系获博士学位,1993年在美国Wayne State University完成博士后研究并留校任教,2002年至回国前在美国Wake Forest University医学院工作。2008受聘江南大学讲座教授,2012年获批国家并回到我校任全职教授,现为江南大学食品学院教授,博士生导师,食品与健康研究中心(Center of Excellence for Food and Health)主任。现为食品学院教授,博士生导师。

研究方向
陈永泉教授长期致力于功能脂肪酸等活性成分对防治和延缓前列腺癌发生机制的研究,研究兴趣主要集中在脂肪合成、代谢与癌症相关关系及机制。
主要贡献
已在国际核心期刊上发表论文120余篇,其中50余篇发表在SCI影响因子5.0以上杂志,总引用次数接近4000,H-index为40。陈永泉教授曾作为会议主席或分会主席组织或参加国际会议10次, 作大会报告和特邀报告66次,并兼任25种英文杂志编委和审稿人。同时是NIH (美国国立卫生健康研究院),DOD(美国国防部) 等101个美国及其他国家资助机构的评审专家组成员。曾获NIHPO1项目1项,NIHRO1项目10项,自2003年以来, 共承担研究课题28项,研究课题总经费超过4000万美元,其中作为PI的超过2000万美元。
陈永泉教授回国后将发挥特长,为营养与健康领域深层次机理研究及临床应用铺开新的篇章,争取在聘期内形成一个立足膳食与癌症,引领医食营养补充、输送和代谢的个体化精细研究和配伍应用时代的到来。
