钱旭红

早年经历

钱旭红1978年至1982年就读于华东化工学院石油化工系获得学士学位,1982年至1985年继续留校攻读精细化工系硕士学位。1988年获得博士学位。[2]

工作经历

钱旭红1989年-1990年担任美国拉玛大学副研究员,紧接着成为德国维尔茨堡大学洪堡基金博士后。1992年至2000年任华东理工大学讲师、副教授、教授,任精细化工学科主任、药物化工所所长、校长助理,1996年到2000年任华东理工大学副校长。2000年-2004年为大连理工大学长江学者特聘教授。2004年7月至2015年3月任华东理工大学校长、党委副书记。[1]

2007年-2008年,钱旭红任亚洲及太平洋化工联盟主席。2011年12月钱旭红当选中国工程院院士,2014年兼任中国工程院化工、冶金与材料工程学部常委。自2018年1月起担任华东师范大学校长、党委副书记。曾经先后入选或获得国家百万千万人才工程、长江学者奖励计划、国家杰出青年基金、国家“973”项目首席科学家、上海市科技精英等。中国化工学会副理事长、英国皇家化学会会士、英国巴斯大学名誉教授、英国女王大学荣誉博士。[1]担任《Chinese Chemical Letters》主编,J. Agr. Food Chem., Pestic. Biochem. Phys., J. Pestc. Sci.等国际期刊顾问编委,钱旭红还曾经兼任国家自然科学基金化学部咨询委员会委员、德国洪堡基金会学术大使等。[1]2024年1月10日,钱旭红获“首届上海市科创教育年度人物”称号[6]

主要成就

钱旭红主要从事绿色农药及功能染料研究及应用开发。开发出沙星类药物核心中间体芳酸等的绿色高效制备关键技术;创制新机制、性能独特的顺硝烯杂环烟碱杀虫剂和多氟wán氧类植物健康激活剂等绿色农药,三个创制品种(pàidìng、环氧虫啶、氟唑活化zhǐ)获得登记;创制分子识别传感和检测分离一体化的nài酰亚胺等芳杂环类荧光染料;提出并实施化学生物技术与工程的概念和方法。作为第一完成人,获得国家教育部科技进步一等奖3项,上海市自然科学一等奖1项和国家科技进步二等奖1项。作为第一、第二发明人获中国发明专利授权20余项,获美、欧、日等外国专利授权15项;发表论文350余篇,他引8000余次,10篇代表论文他引2500余次。[1]

染料的化学生物学 

 其研究主要集中在荧光传感器与新机制抗癌先导,包括以下内容:

荧光传感器:由萘、萘酰亚胺香豆素、氟硼吡咯、聚合物衍生的高选择性过渡及重金属离子(汞、铜、锌、银、钯等)荧光传感器;某些阴离子、酶的荧光传感器;以及其它的荧光探针、荧光标记。[4]

抗癌先导:由硫化合物、噻类芳香杂环tāngxiān亚胺、萘酰亚胺、萘内酰胺苯并duǒqín吖啶èkūn、苊萘吡咯羰jīng酞菁等衍生的抗癌试剂,BCL蛋白与细胞调亡剂,拓扑异构酶抑制剂,光动力治疗剂,色素的药物化学(抗肿瘤先导、DNA嵌入剂、细胞调亡剂)。[4]

农药的化学与生物学

其研究主要集中在芳香杂环或氟化合物衍生的农药先导,包括以下内容:

昆虫调节剂与杀虫剂先导:针对几丁质合成抑制、蜕皮激动、海藻糖酶抑制、拒食、飞行调控的昆虫生长调节剂与行为调节剂,烟碱受体激动类杀虫剂。[4]  

杂环化合物:主要有具有农药活性的氟化合物、氟烷氧基化合物、硫化合物、恶二唑、噻二唑、哒嗪tóng、新烟碱、环亚胺、二芳酰基jǐng等。[4]

化学生物技术与工程   

其研究主要集中在人工核酸酶细胞激活剂生物转化,包括以下方面:

人工核酸:由萘酰亚胺、硫杂环衍生的人工光核酸酶,人工核酸水解酶,DNA切断剂;生物制备过程中转基因物质的去除。[4]

细胞激活剂:由茉莉酮酸酯、苯并噻二唑等衍生的细胞激活剂;用于人参、紫杉烷、灵芝的次生代谢物的增产与调控。[4]

生物转化:酵母、植物细胞催化或导致的刚性芳香与杂环化合物的硝基及酮立体选择性还原,化学选择性还原。[4]

社会职务

2002年1月至2010年1月钱旭红兼任上海市化学生物学重点实验室主任,2003年3月至2006年兼任国家南方农药创制中心(上海) 主任。2007年担任中国化工学会副理事长。[4]2007年至2008年,钱旭红担任亚洲及太平洋化工联盟主席。[1]2020年11月,基础教育教学指导委员会成立,钱旭红为委员之一。[7]如今,钱旭红担任中国化学会农业化学专业委员会主任。[8]

人才培养

2021年4月16日,钱旭红在清华大学参加健康工程系列论坛第六讲“改变思维”讲座,110余位师生在线上线下参加活动。[9]

2023年6月14日,华东师范大学举行党委理论学习中心组学习(扩大)会议,钱旭红作题为《超限:引领育人创新的理念与探索》的专题辅导报告,重点围绕时代命题、改变思维、超越学科、超限跃迁四个部分内容,系统分析了拔尖创新人才培养面临的困境。[10]

人物评价

钱旭红金句迭出,思维敏捷;言辞幽默,犀利又高远。读他的随笔,听他指点学术思维的江山,听各类质疑的声音,会感觉到这是一位生活在多维时空中的创新者,所到之处,便是张力。这位研究仿生农药的院士,自小形成的叛逆、不服输和好挑战如影相随。用候机飞行中点滴时间,他享受着用笔思考的心灵自由和幸福,在参悟科学精神的质疑、人文精神的关爱的同时,自我加持地推行着信仰精神。(《文汇报》评)[2]

个人生活

钱旭红父母都是师范学校毕业的,当年父亲写剧本,他看剧本。家里有许多“小人书”,他一本接着一本看,爱不释手。外公房间偷藏的《红楼梦》,他也会去偷看。从小对文科的热爱为他打下了扎实的文学基础,也令他始终保有着阅读的习惯和兴趣。[11]

高考前三个月,因父母不同意他考文科,于是只好改考理工科。1978年,钱旭红进入了华东化工学院的化工专业。[12]

钱旭红酷爱看动画片,逛商场的时候,看到有商家在播动画片,他会被吸引,停下脚步去观赏,以至于猛然发现自己已经混迹于孩童中间而不自知。“动画片把人的想像力无限放大,突破了凡世的种种禁束缚,而且看的时候心情愉快,可以提升人的幸福感。”他给予了动画片很高的评价。“皇帝的新衣只有小孩才能看得到。做学问必须要纯真,才能看到真实的模样。”[11]

社会活动

2021年7月27日,钱旭红在第二十三届中国科协年会中国科技峰会上做主旨演讲,强调了首席技术官(CTO)的重要性,为探索培养可推广可复制的中国特色高技术转化产业化领袖英才提出了建议。[13]

2021年10月16日,钱旭红作为校长在华东师范大学70周年校庆大会上发表讲话。[14]
