姜淑贞

姜淑贞，女，1972年11月出生，山东省临清市人，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事动物营养、饲料加工、饲料添加剂和饲料安全卫生等的研究工作。主讲《饲料学》《动物营养与饲料科学》《饲料分析》《水产动物饲料与加工学实验》本科课程以及《动物营养与饲料科学》教学实习和《科研训练实习模块》的实践教学。山东饲料科技专业委员会秘书长，动物营养学分会会员、《畜牧兽医学报》《动物营养学报》和《山东农业大学学报》等的审稿专家。

主持山东省农业重大应用技术创新课题子课“肉牛农牧结合零污染排放轮牧模式研究与应用”“规模猪场饲料霉菌毒素控制技术”两项山东省科技厅项目。

参加国家自然基金项目“Wnt/β-catenin在玉米赤霉烯酮诱导断奶仔猪子宫肥大中的作用机制--31572441、“山东省现代农业产业技术体系生猪创新团队--SDAIT-08-04”、国家公益性行业（农业）科研专项经费“饲料中抗生素替代品关键研究与示范子课题—201403047）”以及多项横向在研项目。

曾参加“山东省农业科技成果转化资金项目”、国家“九五”攻关成果推广课题、国家“十五”攻关课题、国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划子专题和横向联合课题多项。鉴定成果8项，获省部级奖励5项，获发明专利2项，2企业直接成果转化5项。参编著作6部。国际、国内发表学术论文120余篇，其中第一（通讯）作者SCI收录外文10余篇。

姜淑贞教授在学术研究方面成果丰硕，其中在《Asian-Australasian Journal of Animal Sciences》《Livestock Science》《畜牧兽医学报》等国内外学术刊物上发表的论文均为第一（通讯）作者。
