陈延峰

陈延峰,男,博士,南京大学教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者,现为南京大学固体微结构物理国家重点实验室主任,[0]国家973计划项目首席科学家。他的研究领域为材料物理与化学,研究方向是人工结构带隙材料、薄膜多层膜声学超晶格和铁电/介电薄膜的设计、制备、表征和光电性能。开设课程是材料物理。陈延峰于1980年考入西北工业大学材料科学与工程系铸造专业学习,1984年继续在该专业攻读硕士学位,并于1987年获得硕士学位。同年开始师从周尧和教授攻读工学博士学位,并于1990年获得博士学位。

人物经历

陈延峰于1980年考入西北工业大学材料科学与工程系铸造专业学习,1984年继续在该专业攻读硕士学位,并于1987年获得硕士学位。同年开始师从周尧和教授攻读工学博士学位,并于1990年获得博士学位。

陈延峰于1990年开始在南京大学固体微结构国家重点实验室进行博士后研究工作,博士后工作期间的指导教授为南京大学物理系教授,中国科学院院士闵乃本先生。他曾赴麻省理工学院(MIT)任访问教授。2000年-2001年在MIT做访问学者。现为南京大学教授,博士生导师,长江学者特聘教授,材料科学与工程系系主任。

在国际核心期刊(SCI)上发表论文90多篇,其中Science1篇,PRL2篇,APL和PRB20多篇。获中国发明专利4项。1997年度入选教育部《跨世纪优秀人材培养计划》,2002年获国家杰出青年基金资助。2005年被聘为长江学者特聘教授,2005年度入选教育部创新团队发展计划。

2021年8月1日,入选2021年中国科学院院士增选初步候选人名单(技术科学部)。
