薛天,男,1977年出生,博士,中国科学技术大学人力资源部部长,生命科学与医学部执行部长,生命科学学院教授、博导,微尺度物质科学国家研究中心“神经环路与脑认知部”主任。[0]中国科学技术大学党委委员、校长助理。[1]1995年-2000年,薛天就读于中国科学技术大学少年班系(强化班),毕业获学士学位。[2]2000年-2005年,薛天就读于美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院,毕业获分子生理学博士学位。[2]2000年毕业于中国科学技术大学少年班系(强化班)获学士学位;

长期从事光感受神经生物学的光信号转导、神经环路以及视觉再生修复等方面研究。至今共发表SCI论文49篇,多篇通讯作者论文发表在Nature、Cell等学术期刊,被引用4000余次,h-index 27。优秀青年基金(2013),重大科学研究计划青年973项目首席科学家(2013),中科院脑科学卓越中心骨干(2014),国际研究资助组织Human Frontier Science Program (HFSP) Young Investigator Grants(2014),国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金(2019),国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家(2020)。[1]
