第59届格莱美奖

第59届格莱美奖（59th Annual Grammy Awards）是由美国国家录音与科学学会主办的音乐奖项。

该届格莱美奖有21719件作品参加评选，共设置84个奖项。英国歌手阿黛尔凭借歌曲《Hello》获得年度制作奖和年度歌曲奖、凭借最佳《25》获得年度专辑奖，美国说唱歌手Chance The Rapper获得年度新人奖。美籍华裔大提琴演奏者马友友与吴彤带领的丝绸之路合奏团凭借专辑《歌咏乡愁》获得最佳世界音乐专辑奖。

2017年2月12日，颁奖典礼在美国洛杉矶斯台普斯中心举行，詹姆斯·柯登担任主持人。哥伦比亚广播公司、腾讯视频负责典礼转播。

该届格莱美奖首次把全流媒发行的专辑和单曲纳入评奖考虑范围，之前的规则要求参与评奖专辑或单曲必须有实体或数字发行才可，该次规则是学院首次将全流媒体发行音乐纳入评奖范围。这意味着2015年10月1日至2016年9月30日仅在流媒体平台发行的专辑和音乐有资格提名参与第59界格莱美奖项的角逐。

其他的评选规则更改分别是：

• 评委参与评选的奖项从“20个普通奖项+4个年度奖项”变成“15个普通奖项+4个年度奖项”。

• 年度新人奖项不再要求必须有完整版专辑，但一张唱片最少不能低于5首歌。累计出版作品不超过30首歌或者3张专辑。

• “最佳蓝调专辑”将拆分成“最佳传统蓝调专辑”和“最佳当代蓝调专辑”。

• “最佳说唱/演唱表演”取代“最佳说唱/演唱合作”。

一年一度的格莱美颁奖典礼也是颁奖季的重头戏之一。第59届格莱美颁奖典礼又恰逢这样的时刻：新总统和他的移民政策余波尚未消弭，多名传奇音乐人的离去仍让人悲痛。人们希冀这些复杂的现实、难以名状的情绪，能在一场音乐界的聚会中获得某种程度的抒发和折射。然而这一届的格莱美颁奖典礼，并没有交出一份让人满意的答卷。这场本该代表欧美音乐界最高水准的典礼，充满了各种技术故障和演出“车祸”。与以往麦当娜、王子等艺人带来的激动人心的表演相比，该届典礼除了碧昂丝开唱奉献的视觉盛宴，并没有真正有感染力的演出。如果再苛刻一些，剔除碧昂丝的孕妇光环和华丽的全息投影，长达三个小时的典礼几乎没有奉献真正直击心灵的共情时刻^[4]。 （南方周末评）

弗兰克·奥申拒绝格莱美奖

两项格莱美奖获得者弗兰克·奥申的专辑《blond》和 《ENDLESS》被媒体评为“格莱美奖年度专辑奖最有力的竞争者”之一，然而他认为格莱美奖的组委会对参与者很不尊重，于是拒绝向该届格莱美奖提交任何报名作品。
