王均,1971年出生于湖北,男,毕业于武汉大学,教授,博士生导师,现任华南理工大学教授。[1]
研究领域为生物医用高分子材料、蛋白质和核酸的高分子传递体系、基因治疗和组织工程。2006年获“百人计划”择优支持;2004年12月入选中国科学院“引进国外杰出人才”。

1994年在北京大学医学部(原北京医科大学)药学院天然与仿生药物国家重点实验室从事高分子免疫佐剂的开放课题研究。
1999年5月至2004年6月先后在约翰霍普金斯医学院新加坡生命医学中心(JohnsHopkinsSingapore)、美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院生物医学工程系从事博士后研究。
2004年9月任中国科学技术大学高分子科学与工程系教授,博士生导师。
2006年7至8月德国罗斯托克大学医学院访问教授;12月起任中国科学技术大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师,合肥微尺度物质科学国家实验室研究员。
