李建奇,中国科学院物理研究所研究员,博士生导师,国务院政府特殊津贴专家。1998年入选中国科学院“百人计划”,2002年获国家杰出青年科学基金,2003年获北京市科学技术奖二等奖。李建奇主要从事先进材料与结构分析、电子显微技术发展等领域研究工作。
个人简历
1962年9月生于陕西省蒲城县,1979年考入西北大学物理系。1979年-1983年,西北大学物理系,获物理学学士学位。1986年-1990年,中国科学院物理研究所,凝聚态物理专业研究生,获物理学博士学位。1991年-1993年,北京大学物理系博士后。1994年-1995年,中国科学院物理研究所,任国家超导实验室副研究员。1995年-1996年,德国Max-Plank(马普所)固体物理研究所电子显微镜实验室做博士后研究工作。1996年-1998年,日本无机材料研究所(后更名日本国立材料研究所)客座研究员。1999年-2001年,美国布鲁克海文国家实验室(Brookhaven)电子显微镜研究室访问学者。2002年,任中国科学院物理研究所研究员。历任北京电子显微镜实验室主任、先进材料与结构分析部主任、国家超导实验室SC02课题组组长。
主要工作
主要从事强关联物理系统结构问题的研究,并开展新型超导材料及多铁材料的合成与探索。侧重于发展低温电子显微术,EELS谱分析,Lorentz电子显微术和时间分辨电子显微学。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目一项,重大培育项目一项,主持和参与科技部973项目子课题各一项。科学院方向项目一项。

研究成果
在高Tc超导体和巨磁阻Mn-氧化物和电子铁电体系统的研究中,解决了一些重要问题,取得了多项研究成果。主要研究课题包括,BiSrCaCuO 超导系列中的调制结构;铁的变价态问题及五价 Fe 的存在形式;巨磁阻Mn-氧化物系统的电子轨道有序排列;钙钛矿结构中的小极化子,高Tc超导体的条纹相及电子相分离;电子铁电体LuFe2O4中的低温结构相变和电荷序;Fe2OBO3中的反相条带状畴结构和磁相变点强的磁电耦合效应;新型Fe基超导体的结构,空位序和相分离特性。在国际主要学术期刊上已发表论文200多篇,他人引用累计超过1400次,国际邀请报告20多次。李建奇研究员研制了中国首台“时间分辨透射电子显微镜”(也称四维超快电子显微镜(4D-UTEM)),发展了时间分辨电子显微学技术方法,针对自主研发的多功能电子枪技术申请了国内和国际专利。
