刘忠德

刘忠德，1977年出生，拥有博士学位，现任西南大学药学院副教授，同时担任硕士研究生导师。他的主要研究领域为纳米光谱分析化学，专注于新型功能纳米材料的设计合成、光学表征以及分析应用的研究。他建立了多种基于色度、荧光、瑞利或拉曼散射的光谱分析新方法。刘忠德教授主持或参与了多个国家级和市级科研项目，并在相关学术期刊上发表了多篇论文。

- 1996年至2001年，在湖北科技学院药学系攻读本科学位。

- 2001年7月至2002年8月，在四川理工学院化学化工系任教。

- 2002年8月至2006年5月，在西南大学（原西南师范大学）生命科学学院任教。

- 2005年至2008年，在西南大学化学化工学院获得硕士学位。

- 自2006年6月起，一直在西南大学药学院从事教学和科研工作。

- 2008年至2013年，在同一学院继续深造并取得博士学位。

- 主持国家自然科学基金项目：“手性光学活性金属纳米材料的制备及手性分离与传感应用”（21205096），项目执行时间为2013年1月至2015年12月。

- 主持中央高校基本科研业务费项目：“碳纳米材料的生物功能化及其可控载药和靶向运输研究”（XDJK2010C063），项目执行时间为2010年12月至2012年12月。
