CEVA

CEVA logistics（基华物流）是全球航运巨头——法国达飞集团（CMA CGM Group）旗下的子公司，^[1][2]由两大物流巨头TNT物流和EGL宏鹰全球物流于2007年8月合并组成，^[3]是全球最大的供应链管理公司之一，为国内外大中型企业设计并实施物流解决方案。^[4]

1946年，肯·托马斯（Ken Thomas）在澳大利亚创立了托马斯全国运输公司（TNT）。1984年，EGL成立于德克萨斯州休斯顿。2006年，TNT Logistics被Apollo Management LP收购，并更名为CEVA Logistics。六个月后，Apollo收购了EGL，并将其与CEVA Logistics合并。2018年，CEVA Logistics在瑞士第六证券交易所上市。2019年，CEVA Logistics成为CMA CGM的全资子公司。^[5]2024年1月，CEVA与英国供应链解决方案公司Wincanton达成协议，将以约7.19亿美元的价格收购Wincanton的全部股份。^[2]截至2024年3月官网数据，CEVA在全球170多个国家/地区的1300个地点拥有超过11万名员工。^[5]
