黄国华，男，1977年6月生。湖南农业大学教授、博士生导师、植物病虫害生物学与防控湖南省重点实验室主任。

湖南农业大学植物保护学院副院长，分管科研、开发（含科技成果转化、在职硕士教育、技术培训与技术服务）、科技创新平台建设、资产管理和危化物品管理工作。研究害虫生物防治、昆虫系统进化、生物多样性。

科技成果

近5年来，申请人立足于国家农业发展的重大需求，以蔬菜害虫为研究对象，从事害虫多样性及其重要害虫生物防治的基础、应用基础研究，重点开展害虫绿色防控技术体系研究，从微进化和宏进化两个层面，深入研究害虫物种内的分化、物种间的互作，以期揭示农业重要害虫，尤其是蔬菜主要害虫的扩散、爆发机制以及昆虫病毒对宿主适应性的演化历程，为农业生产中重要害虫的高效生态防控技术体系构建提供理论基础、科学依据和技术支持。

近5年内，主持（合作）国家自然科学基金项目4项、湖南省自然科学基金杰出青年项目等科研课题，针对上述工作内容在《Journal of Virology》《Journal of Invertebrate Pathology》等SCI期刊上发表论文50余篇，在《中国生物防治学报》等国内期刊上发表学术研究论文10余篇，主编/参编出版专著7部、获授权国家发明专利3项、公开（公告）国家发明专利3项，以第一完成人荣获湖南省自然科学奖、中国昆虫学会青年科学技术奖等奖项；还相继获中国留学基金委和哈佛大学联合资助博士后项目奖学金、西班牙马德里自治大学引智项目资助赴该大学讲学等，以及湖南农业大学优秀党员、湖南农业大学优秀教师、湖南省“芙蓉学者”计划特聘教授等称号。
