马宝君

马宝君，教授、博士生导师，清华大学经济管理学院管理学学士、博士，上海外国语大学国际工商管理学院副院长、信息管理与决策科学系主任（兼）、人工智能与数据科学应用实验室常务副主任、数据科学与智能决策研究所所长。^[1]

2003年8月至2007年7月，马宝君在清华大学经济管理学院信息管理与信息系统专业攻读学士，导师是陈国青教授；2007年8月至2013年7月，马宝君于清华大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程系攻读博士，导师也是陈国青教授。^[2]

马宝君于2007年9月至2013年7月在清华大学现代管理研究中心担任研究助理；2013年8月至2015年12月，马宝君在北京邮电大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程系担任助理教授（讲师）；2015年12月至2016年6月，马宝君在北京邮电大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程系担任副教授；2016年6月至2018年3月，马宝君在北京邮电大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程系担任副教授、硕士生导师；2018年3月至2019年3月，马宝君在北京邮电大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程系担任副教授、博士生导师、系副主任；2019年4月至2020年12月，马宝君在上海外国语大学国际工商管理学院信息管理与决策科学系担任教授、博士生导师、系主任；2020年12月起，马宝君在上海外国语大学国际工商管理学院担任教授、博士生导师、副院长；2023年3月起，马宝君担任脑机协同信息行为教育部和上海市重点实验室副主任。^[2]

马宝君于2010年6月至2010年8月在比利时鲁汶大学商业与经济学院决策科学与信息管理系担任博士生访问学者（合作导师：Prof. Jan Vanthienen）；2016年7月至2016年9月，马宝君在香港城市大学商学院信息系统系担任访问学者（合作学者：陈海亮副教授）。^[2]

马宝君入选国家重大人才计划青年学者项目、上海市青年拔尖人才计划。一直致力于发展人工智能、数据科学推动管理学研究的交叉融合，聚焦提升大数据资源的“智能发现能力”和“智能使用能力”，取得一系列重要研究成果。

马宝君主持国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题、面上项目及青年项目、北京市社会科学基金一般项目等，作为骨干参与多项国家自然科学基金重大、重点、面上项目及政府企业项目。近5年发表学术论文30余篇，其中SSCI/SCI 检索论文12篇（第一/通讯作者8篇），包括1篇发表于UTD24期刊之一的国际商学院顶级学术期刊《INFORMS Journal on Computing》，出版1本“十二五”普通高等教育本科国家级规划教材、1本英文专著及1本中文专著，撰写的多篇咨政报告被中央网信办等政府部门采纳。^[1]
