雷晓燕，北京大学国家发展研究院教授。北京大学健康老龄与发展研究中心常务副主任，教育部-北京大学国家政策研究中心副主任；经济学（季刊）副主编。 

北京大学国家发展研究院教授。雷晓燕老师系中国人民大学经济学学士（1997）、美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶校区硕士（2003）、博士（2007），2007年至今任教于北京大学国家发展研究院。^[1]

雷晓燕老师在教学科研上获得四川省第十六次社会科学优秀成果三等奖（2014）、北京大学人文社会科学研究工作成绩突出奖（2013-2014）、中华人民共和国教育部第六届高等学校科学研究优秀成果三等奖（2013）等多项奖励。

雷晓燕老师的研究兴趣包括劳动经济学，健康经济学，应用计量学等领域，在国家发展研究院中国经济研究中心先后教授劳动经济学（研究生课程）、实证策略（研究生课程）、健康经济学（研究生课程）、中级微观经济学（本科生双学位课程）。
