《镇上的男人》（英语：Man About Town）是一部2006年美国喜剧剧情片，由麦克·宾德尔执导并编剧，斯科特·伦敦、本·阿弗莱克、丽贝卡·罗梅恩、约翰·克里斯、白灵与杰瑞·奥康内尔主演。该片由Sunlight Productions制作，Media 8 Entertainment独立发行，讲述了一位好莱坞顶级人才经纪人在发现妻子欺骗他并且日记被记者刷掉后，生活受到威胁的故事。影片于2006年2月8日全球首映，2007年2月13日在美国DVD首映，但在其他国家或地区仍有院线上映。
剧情简介
主人翁杰克·杰莫尔是个天才经纪人，名利双收，但他却在繁忙的工作中逐渐失去了自我，于是他参加了一个寻找自我的课程，在这课程中，他用每天写日记的方式不断思考人生，期间也发生了很多令人捧腹大笑的事情，最后，他找回了曾经有外遇的妻子，辞去了工作，做了一回真正的自己。
