赵宏

赵宏，男，无党派人士，医学博士，主任医师，博士研究生导师，毕业于北京大学生命科学学院、中国协和医科大学，主要研究方向为肝癌，结直肠癌肝转移，神经内分泌肿瘤等。现任第十四届全国政协委员，提案委员会委员，中国医学科学院肿瘤医院肝胆外科副主任，中国医学科学院消化系统肿瘤药物基因编辑筛选与研发重点实验室主任。^[1][2][3][4]

赵宏曾获国家有突出贡献中青年专家、华夏医学科技一等奖等荣誉。^[2]他先后担任中国医促会常务理事、中国医促会肿瘤免疫治疗学分会主任委员等职务。^[2][4]

1995年9月至1998年1月，赵宏就读于北京大学生命科学学院，学习医预专业。1998年1月至2003年7月，赵宏就读于中国协和医科大学，取得医学博士学位。^[1]

2001年12月至2002年2月，赵宏赴美国加州大学旧金山分校 ( UCSF ) 交换实习。^[1]

赵宏是中国医学科学院肿瘤医院肝胆外科副主任，中国医学科学院消化系统肿瘤药物基因编辑筛选与研发重点实验室主任。^[2]

2018年，赵宏受邀担任欧洲神经内分泌肿瘤学会（ENETS）顾问委员会委员。^[2]

赵宏先后担任中国医促会常务理事、中国医促会肿瘤免疫治疗学分会主任委员、中国医促会神经内分泌肿瘤分会秘书长，第十四届全国政协委员，提案委员会委员等职务。^[2][4]

2023年3月，赵宏提出：首先，建议尽快出台健康医疗数据实施细则。其次，建议尽快制定健康医疗数据共享利益分配原则。此外，从政策上鼓励多元主体参与健康医疗数据共享应用。^[3]

2024年全国两会上，赵宏提交了关于“优化国家基本药物目录用药结构，纳入更多本土抗肿瘤药物”的提案。^[5]

2025年3月4日，全国政协十四届三次会议首场“委员通道”集体采访活动在北京人民大会堂举行。赵宏在活动中表示，作为一名一直在临床一线工作的医生，最近几年最大的感受就是赶上了中国生物医药创新发展的好时候。过去一年，中国批准上市的新药有48个，器械有65个，在研新药数量也已经跃居全球第二位。^[6]

2026年3月，在全国两会期间，赵宏呼吁加快完善拓展性同情用药制度，为临床急需的危重患者开辟一条“生命通道”，并针对完善拓展性同情用药制度提出五点建议，一是加快制度落地，完善配套细则；二是强化全流程监管，筑牢安全底线；三是压实药企责任，完善激励约束机制；四是夯实基层能力，打通落地“最后一公里”；五是搭建全国信息平台，实现救治与研发协同。^[7]

赵宏的研究方向为肝癌，结直肠癌肝转移，神经内分泌肿瘤，消化系统肿瘤预后及疗效预测分子标志物及靶向药物机制研究等。^[1]
