早年经历

斯图加特

2003年夏天，19岁的拉姆以20万欧元租借费租借至斯图加特。[35]2003年8月3日，德甲首轮斯图加特2-0战胜罗斯托克，拉姆第76分钟替补出场，完成德甲首秀。[36]9月20日，德甲第6轮斯图加特1-0战胜多特蒙德，拉姆第一次德甲首发并且打满全场，从这场比赛开始，拉姆成为球队主力左后卫。[37][38]2004年4月3日，德甲27轮斯图加特5-1击败沃尔夫斯堡，拉姆打进了职业生涯首球。[39]在2003-04赛季拉姆代表斯图加特各项赛事一共出场40次，打进1球助攻5次。[40]

租借期满回归

2008-09赛季是拉姆进球最多的一个赛季，各项赛事出场39次，打进4球助攻2次，但是拜仁该赛季表现不佳，新帅克林斯曼夏天上任，2009年4月就被解职，最终拜仁以2分之差输给沃尔夫斯堡，德甲排名第2。[55][56][57]

成为拜仁队长

开发后腰属性

拉姆代表德国U17到U21各级国家青年队一共出场20次，2002年7月，拉姆和德国U19国家青年队夺得了欧洲U19青年锦标赛的亚军。[105][106]2004年拉姆首次入选德国国家队，2月18日友谊赛德国2-1战胜克罗地亚，拉姆首发出场并且打满全场，完成了自己国家队的首秀，并且被《踢球者》评为全场最佳球员。[107]之后拉姆成为了国家队主力左后卫，并且参加了2004年欧洲杯，在德国队的全部3场比赛中都首发出场，并且打满全场。[108]2004年4月28日，德国队在友谊赛中做客挑战罗马尼亚，拉姆获得国家队的处子进球。[109]

慈善事业
