主要成就
专长化学反应工程,聚焦高端聚烯烃材料精准制备和化学反应器智能制造,从事烯烃聚合反应工程、多相流检测与信息处理、反应器工程等研究,先后负责承担国家自然科学基金重大研发计划重点项目、国家“863计划”项目、国家“973计划”子课题等科研项目。在AIChEJ、CES、Macromolecules、Polymer等重要学术刊物上发表论文50余篇,授权国内外发明专利授权60余件。[1]

科研工作经历
硕士研究生期间从事聚烯烃牌号优化调度与规划问题的研究,奠定了扎实的数学基础,硕士论文“连续聚合过程中产品过渡的最优化策略研究”获中国科学技术发展基金会侯祥麟基金奖。博士研究生期间从事超临界流体在烯烃聚合方面应用的研究——“超临界溶液共沉析法制备负载型茂金属催化剂的研究”,奠定了坚实的化工热力学基础和烯烃聚合基础。
2002年留校后,以声发射、静电、激光拉曼和固体核磁共振等现代在线测试手段为研究特色,从事烯烃聚合反应工程的信息强化和过程强化的理论与应用研究。率先提出了过程信息的多尺度结构解析理论,发明了受控条件下的气相法聚乙烯冷凝态操作技术和淤浆法HDPE浆液外循环技术,成果应用在扬子石化14万吨/年淤浆法HDPE装置上,增产30%。成果同时在中国石化下属的15套大型聚乙烯、聚丙烯等工业生产装置上整体推广应用,经济效益显著。技术正拓展应用在煤气化工艺、催化剂再生过程等。授权发明专利15项,学术成果在AIChE Journal和Ind.Eng.Chem.Res上发表。
承担国家重点科技支撑计划项目“百万吨乙烯装备及相关技术开发”中的“30万吨/年气相法聚乙烯成套技术开发及工业应用”子项目。从事全流程监控软件包、声波监测系统、静电检测仪等专有技术的研发,成果应用于首套国产化工业装置,并获得2011年中国石油化工集团公司科技进步一等奖。授权发明专利12项,相关学术成果发表在Chem.Eng.Sci.和Ind.Eng.Chem.Res.上。
以占总产能40%的聚乙烯主流生产工艺——流化床聚乙烯反应器为对象,打破流化床乙烯聚合反应器固有的浓度、温度均一性,通过营造不同的化学反应环境,建立多温区流化床聚合反应器新工艺,生产高性能的聚乙烯树脂,改变原有流化床反应器只能生产通用料的限制。相关理论发表在AIChEJournal和Ind.Eng.Chem.Res.上。项目入选中国石化十条龙科技攻关项目,已经成功生产拉伸缠绕膜、拉伸套筒膜等高性能聚乙烯牌号12余万吨。[7]
