梁建芬

梁建芬，女，1970年9月26日出生于山西平遥，是中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院的副教授和博士。她的主要成就包括在大米加工过程中微量营养素的保护与强化等方面的研究，这是一个中荷合作项目。

1993年7月，毕业于北京农业工程大学食品科学与工程系（现中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院），获工学学士学位；

1999年7月，毕业于中国农业大学食品学院，获工学硕士学位；

2006年11月，毕业于中国农业大学食品学院，获工学博士学位。

2007年10月，完成荷兰Wageningen大学博士论文答辩，获博士学位

1993年7月至今，于中国农业大学食品学院从事教学、科研工作。

2021年6月，参加中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院2021年毕业庆典并发表讲话。^[1]

现主讲本科生课程《焙烤食品工艺学》，该课程已被列入精品课。参讲本科生课程《天然产物化学》和研究生课程《食品科学研究进展》；《营养与食品安全研究方法进展》

谷物深加工及综合利用，功能食品开发

已完成“中荷合作项目”——大米加工过程中微量营养素的保护与强化；“纳它霉素抑菌效果的研究”，“蛋糕品质保证体系的建立”，“速冻山药护色的研究”，“桑椹系列产品的开发研制”，“红龙果酒的开发”等项目。

主持在研项目：

达能营养中心资助“达能营养中心膳食营养研究与宣教基金”：粮谷类主食中铁含量及其利用率的研究，项目编号：DIC2007-09。
