杨飘萍

杨飘萍，男，1972年1月生，博士，哈尔滨工程大学教授，材料学博士生导师，应用化学硕士生导师。本科毕业于南开大学，博士毕业于吉林大学，中科院长春应化所和新加坡南洋理工大学博士后。^[1]
