杨学东

杨学东，男，1964年01月出生，现为天津大学药物科学与技术学院副教授、硕导。

本科生： 《天然药物化学》、《有机化合物的分离与结构鉴定》、《天然药物化学研究方法与技术》。

研究生： 《高等天然产物化学》、《新药和保健食品开发与评 价》、《药物分离原理与技术》、《药学研究进展（天然产物化学与新药研发）》。

1996－2001 中国协和医科大学、中国医学科学院 博士（天然药物化学）

2002－2003 清华大学化学系、分析中心 博士后

2004 至今 天津大学药物科学与技术学院 副教授

2010－2011 美国麻省理工学院（MIT）生物工程系、化学系 访问学者

针对中药、天然药物和保健食品，开展天然药物化学、分析化学和生物化学交叉及相关领域的应用基础研究，进行新药和天然保健食品的研发。中药与天然药物有效成分和保健食品功能因子的分离、结构鉴定和活性确证；药物构效关系研究，药物分子、功能因子与DNA和蛋白质相互作用研究。天然抗肿瘤药物和致癌剂DNA损伤和致突变机理研究与评价。中药与生物复杂体系分析与表征方法研究（包括中药指纹图谱技术、药物代谢和生物活性物质分析）制备色谱方法与技术研究。天然产物标准物质研制。抗癌和治疗缺血性心脑血管病中药物质基础、配伍规律与ADMET性质研究，肿瘤预防药物和食品研究。

作为课题负责人或主要承担者，先后参加承担完成国家新药基金项目；国家重大科技攻关计划“重要技术标准研究”；国家973重点课题“方剂关键科学问题的基础研究”；科技部基础专项重点项目“食品、中药与天然药物质量检测平台及其支撑体系研究”（负责人）；中国博士后科学基金（负责人）；科技部科技基础专项“中药和保健食品标准物质研究”（负责人）；国家重大新药创制专项(十一五）：现代先进提取分离技术改造传统中药产业技术平台建设（负责人）；国家重大新药创制专项(十二五）：抗肿瘤中药艾迪注射剂的生产技术改造（主要承担者）。
