朴香淑,女,博士,中国农业大学动物科技学院教授、博士生导师,农业部饲料工业中心教学科研部主管。主要研究方向为单胃动物营养,具体包括能量蛋白质原料有效能及SID氨基酸消化率回归方程的建立及验证,以及替抗功能性活性物质调节肠道健康的作用机理。专注于饲料原料营养价值评定及功能性添加剂有效性评价。2007-至今: 中国农业大学动物科技学院, 教授

朴香淑教授主编出版了《天然活性物质在饲料中的应用研究及策略》《最新猪的营养与饲料》《韩国饲料法规》等专著,并参编了《猪的营养》《大豆抗营养因子》等书籍。
