张承民

张承民，男，汉族，中国科学家，毕业于香港大学。现任中科院国家天文台研究员，主要研究领域为高能天体物理和广义相对论，包括中子星自旋和磁场演化等问题。

大连理工大学学士、硕士，香港大学博士。

天津河北工业大学，巴西圣保罗州大学，台湾清华大学，澳大利亚悉尼大学，中科院 国家天文台。
