张传溪,男,1960年1月出生,浙江大学教授、博士生导师。1982年毕业于浙江农业大学植保系,1985年获得昆虫学专业硕士学位并留校任教。1994-1997年在中国科学院生物化学研究所从事博士学位论文工作,获得理学博士学位。1998年晋升为浙江大学教授。2001-2003年担任日本学术振兴会和爱媛大学CMES特别研究员。张传溪教授的研究领域主要集中在昆虫分子生物学和动物病毒分子生物学与基因工程,其博士学位论文被评为全国优秀博士学位论文。
研究方向
本分子生物学实验室研究的目标是阐明昆虫和病毒重要基因的特性和功能及其利用。正在进行的主要研究项目和方向包括:
1.家蚕重要经济性状功能基因研究。国家“863”计划。
2.昆虫乙酰胆碱酯酶基因及表达产物在药效活性评价中应用。 国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)子项目。
3.BmNPV ODV囊膜蛋白在家蚕中肠细胞上受体基因的研究。国家自然科学基金。
4.家蚕2种类型乙酰胆碱酯酶基因的特性与生物学功能比较。国家自然科学基金。
5.以杆状病毒为载体,以昆虫细胞和家蚕为生物反应器,表达生产人与经济动物药用多肽和科学研究用蛋白;氢菌基因工程(中意国际合作项目、国内合作项目、浙江省科技厅项目;“863”探索)。
主要贡献
先后在《Virology》《BMC Genomics》等国内外学术刊物上发表论文100余篇(其中SCI收录34篇),书著有《昆虫杆状病毒ph、pk基因分析和人EPO基因在杆状病毒-昆虫系统中的表达》(高等教育出版社)等2本,参编4本。已申请国家发明专利9项,已授权4项。
入选浙江省“151人才工程”。曾被授予浙江省优秀教师称号。美国国家自然科学基金会(NSF)评审专家、《微生物学报》和《中国病毒学》编委。
