主要研究领域及兴趣:

目前,我们研究小组所感兴趣的是一类与痛觉和温度传导相关的TRP离子通道的门控机制、通道蛋白的结构与功能之间的关系,以及膜离子通道通道在生理、病理中的功能等方面研究。主要从以下几个方面开展:

(1) 温度敏感型TRP通道的结构与功能之间的关系研究;

(2) 对与重要疾病相关的离子通道的功能调节进行研究;

(3) 与从事医学遗传学的研究人员合作,就离子通道类遗传性疾病的致病机理进行研究;

(4) 围绕与钙离子相关的信号通路,对TRP通道在机体组织中的功能进行研究。

主持课题项目:

目前承担有国家自然科学基金面上项目和教育部博士点新教师基金,作为研究骨干参与国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)。
