人物经历
2002年获浙江大学学士学位;2006年获香港城市大学博士学位;2005-2006年任日本千叶大学上野实验室访问学者;2006-2007年任香港城市大学超金刚石与先进薄膜研究中心高级研究助理;2007-2008年任日本三菱电机株式会社功率元器件制造所功率元器件芯片设计工程师;2008年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授,博士生导师。
在Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., ACS Nano, Sci.Rep., Appl. Phys. Lett.等期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,申请专利10余项,撰写英文专著1部(章)。多次在国际会议做邀请报告,担任多个国际权威期刊和基金会审稿人。主持和参与973计划、国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、江苏省自然基金重点项目等国家级/省部级项目多项。获得国家基金委“优秀青年科学基金”支持,作为首席科学家承担科技部青年"973计划"项目,入选江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人、江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才培养对象。
研究方向
有机光电子材料与器件,包括(1) 半导体界面物理:研究有机/无机和有机异质结界面的电子态结构、电荷注入和输运过程、界面激子产生和分离机制;(2) 有机发光显示器件:主要开展白光有机发光二极管在平板显示及固体照明领域的应用开发,以及瞬态电致发光和载流子复合过程动力学的研究;(3) 有机光伏电池器件:主要从事新型器件结构、光电转换过程以及结构调控的研究。
