吴元保

吴元保，1971年7月出生，地球化学博士，现为中国地质大学（武汉）地球科学学院教授，博士生导师。他的研究领域涵盖高压-超高压变质作用、造山过程与地壳的形成和演化、同位素地球化学以及前寒武纪地质等方面。

- 1999年3月至2002年5月，在中国科学技术大学地球与空间科学学院地球化学系攻读博士学位。

- 2002年7月至2004年6月，在中国科学技术大学地球与空间科学学院地球化学系担任博士后研究员。

- 2004年7月至2005年12月，晋升为副教授。

- 2007年8月至2007年12月，作为访问学者在加拿大纪念大学(Memory University of Newfoundland)地球化学系进行研究。

- 2006年1月起，加入中国地质大学(武汉)地球科学学院地球化学系，担任教授至今。

- 2008年获得第12届侯德封矿物岩石地球化学青年科学家奖。^[1]

- 2010年荣获中国地质学会第12届青年地质科学奖银锤奖。

吴元保教授主持和参与了多项国家自然科学基金项目，包括：

3. 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，扬子板块西部古元古代早期岩浆事件的时间和性质，2013/01-2016/12。

4. 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，桐柏造山带碰撞后部分熔融和岩浆作用及其意义，2012/01-2015/12。

5. 参加国家重点研究发展规划(973)项目，深俯冲地壳的化学变化与差异折返，2009/01-2013/12。

6. 参加国家自然科学基金委员会重点项目，华北克拉通破坏的火山岩示踪与沉积响应，2009/01-2012/12。

7. 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，西大别浒湾高压变质带榴辉岩年龄和原岩性质及其意义，2009/01-2011/12。

8. 参加自然科学基金委员会创新群体基金项目，大陆岩石圈深部再循环与华北克拉通及其邻区中新生代演化，2006/01-2011/12。

9. 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，扬子板块崆kōng岭高级变质地体古元古代构造热事件及其意义，2008/01-2010/12。

10. 主持教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目，扬子板块早期演化历史及其与华北板块的对比研究，2007/01-2009/12。
