个人履历
1985年毕业于白求恩医科大学医疗系,1985年起在白求恩医科大学基础医学部攻读组织胚胎学硕士学位,1988年获医学硕士学位。1988年~1993年工作于大连医科大学附属二院病理科,于1991年晋升主治医师。1993年考入白求恩医科大学地方病研究所攻读博士学位,1996年获得博士学位。毕业后留校工作至今。期间于1997年至1998年间在日本爱知医科大学做外国人研究员,2002年赴加拿大Laval大学做博士后研究。1998年和1994年分别晋升为副教授和教授。
曾从事代谢性骨病、克山病的研究,研究过量氟对骨软化性氟骨症骨转换的影响及发病机理研究以及肠道病毒感染及其基因变异在克山病发病中的作用研究。1998起从事心血管病分子病理与药理学研究。先后利用培养动脉平滑肌细胞,从蛋白和基因水平探讨动脉粥样硬化时平滑肌细胞胶原代谢的规律及药物干预措施的作用机制;从细胞和分子水平探讨心肌纤维化发生的分子机制及其中药等的防治作用;利用大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注模型来模拟人类急性心肌梗死后的溶栓过程,从蛋白和基因水平探讨再灌注损伤与细胞凋亡的关系,并用葛根素进行干预,观察其在再灌注损伤中的作用,寻找安全有效、通过抑制细胞凋亡来挽救心肌的药物;已建立了心肌缺血-再灌注模型、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗心肌纤维化研究的实验方法及实验技术,能较系统进行本研究方向药物筛选及研究。
成就及荣誉
先后主持和参加了国家自然科学基金、吉林省科技发展计划重大项目、国家教委之留学归国人员启动基金等科研课题近10项,在国内外刊物发表学术论文40余篇。参编教材《疾病模型与实验病理学》、《疾病模型与实验病理学实验指导》。
