龙飞，男，博士，中共党员，美国电子与电气工程师协会会员。

混杂系统控制、神经网络控制和图象处理等相关领域。

首次将神经网络应用于混杂系统的研究中，提出了神经网络混杂控制方法，取得了较多成果，得到国　内外同行的认可。现受邀作为一些国际学术期刊和国际会议的审稿人。

主持承担国家自然科学基金3项、中科院“西部之光”人才培养计划项目1项、教育部科技重点项目1项、贵州省农业攻关项目1项、贵州省科学基金2项及贵州大学人才引进基金1项。发表论文
