马静,华北电力大学电气与电子工程学院教授,博士生导师,国家能源交通融合发展研究院执行院长。
人物生平
博士毕业后,作为青年学术骨干由教育部“111”引智计划送出至美国弗吉尼亚理工大学,在美国工程院院士的指导下从事博士后研究。作为负责人主持国家自然科学青年基金项目 1 项,国家自然科学青年-面上连续资助基金项目 1 项,国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,国家重点研发计划课题1项。作为核心成员先后参与国家 863高新技术项目课题,国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(973 项目)课题,国家自然科学基金重点项目,国家自然科学基金国际重大合作项目等科技项目 10 余项。发表SCI 期刊论文 52 篇,出版中文专著2部,英文专著 1 部。获教育部技术发明一等奖2项,河北省技术发明一等奖1项,湖北省自然科学二等奖1项。多次担任 IEEE General Meeting 等国际学术会议分会主席,并在国际学术会议上做大会特邀报告。目前是IET Fellow,IEEE Senior Member,国际大电网组织中国青年委员会主席,IEEE PES China青年委员会副主席,《IET Renewable Power Generation》 Associate Editor,《电力系统保护与控制》编委,中国电工技术学会电力系统控制与保护专委会委员。主要研究方向为适应新能源及交直流接入的智能电网广域保护与控制。
