氢原子百科 
钱颖一，男，1956年4月出生于北京，无党派人士，著名经济学家。现任清华大学文科资深教授、清华经管学院经济系教授。第十二届全国政协委员会委员，第十三届全国政协经济委员会委员。[1][5][6][2]
1981年钱颖一在清华大学数学专业本科（提前）毕业。毕业后留学美国，先后获哥伦比亚大学统计学硕士学位、耶鲁大学运筹学/管理科学硕士学位、哈佛大学经济学博士学位。之后任教于斯坦福大学、马里兰大学、加州大学伯克利分校。2006年，钱颖一回国担任清华大学经济管理学院院长，2015年2月被聘任为国务院参事。[4][1][3]
钱颖一在2009年和2021年两度获得“孙冶方经济科学奖”。2012年，钱颖一当选为世界计量经济学会（The Econometric Society）会士（Fellow）。2014年获得高等教育国家级教学成果奖一等奖。他的著作《大学的改革》入选清华大学2017年亮点成果并获得首次颁发的“中国经济学奖”。2018年，获得清华大学人文社会科学领域的最高学术荣誉称号——“文科资深教授”。同年荣登中国改革开放海归40年40人榜单。2020年，入选2020中国品牌人物500强。2023年获得清华大学颁发的“清华大学突出贡献奖”。[4][3][7][8][9]
早年经历
钱颖一，1956年4月出生，1977年考上清华大学，1981年，在清华大学数学专业本科提前毕业。毕业后留学美国，并于1982年获得哥伦比亚大学统计学硕士学位、1984年获得耶鲁大学运筹学/管理科学硕士学位、1990年获得哈佛大学经济学博士学位，随后在大学执教。[3][10]
工作经历
1990年至1999年，钱颖一任斯坦福大学经济系助理教授，到1999年，钱颖一又前往马里兰大学经济系任教授一职，2001年钱颖一担任伯克利加州大学经济系教授。2006年，钱颖一回国担任清华大学经济管理学院院长，直到2018年卸任清华大学经济管理学院院长。2009年和2021年两度获得“孙冶方经济科学奖”。[4][3]
2012年，钱颖一当选为世界计量经济学会（The Econometric Society）会士（Fellow）。2014年，由他牵头的学院本科教育改革成果《通识教育与个性发展相结合——经济管理本科教育改革的理念与实践》获得2014年高等教育国家级教学成果奖一等奖。2016年，他因“在转轨经济中作用于政府和企业激励机制的研究所做出的贡献”获得首次颁发的“中国经济学奖”。他的著作《大学的改革》入选清华大学2017年亮点成果。钱颖一于2018年获清华大学人文社会科学领域的最高学术荣誉称号——“文科资深教授”。[4]
2015年2月，钱颖一被聘任为国务院参事。直到2022年1月离任。[1]
钱颖一现任清华大学文科资深教授、清华经管学院经济系教授。并于2023年9月8日，获得“清华大学突出贡献奖”，这个奖项是清华的校级最高奖，象征了清华大学给予教师的最高荣誉，旨在激励全体教职工模范地履行培养人才的神圣职责，为教育事业的发展做贡献。[4]

经济观点
虽然中国的改革和转轨受到了一些关注，但对于许多经济学家来说，他们对中国的改革成功不能理解。抛开意识形态不论，中国的成功与已有理论的许多方面相违背。结构的调整不仅是三方面比例的调整，背后一定有深层次的原因，需要深层次的改革，那就是要调整政府与居民，与企业，与市场的关系。这个任务不完成的话，结构调整是非常困难的。（证券时报网快讯中心）[3]
2012年，钱颖一在中国发展高层论坛上发言认为，中国加快经济结构调整，不仅表现在要解决投资过高、消费过低和经济增长过度依赖出口三方面的比例失衡问题，还需要推进深层次的改革。（新华网）[3]

钱颖一的主要研究方向是，组织和制度经济学、转轨经济学、中国的改革和发展。[10]
钱颖一的研究思想是，对于中国未来所面临的经济改革中出现的重多机遇与挑战，钱颖一反对单一渐进式说法, 坚持渐进与激进并行的观点。[10]
学术成就

社会评价
多年来，教育问题一直是中国社会的焦点问题，很早就引起了钱颖一的关注和思考。丰富的求学经历（清华大学、哥伦比亚大学、耶鲁大学、哈佛大学）和执教经验（斯坦福大学、马里兰大学、伯克利加州大学、清华大学），让这位经济学家深入了解国内外教育的实际情况，中国教育的问题所在，并积极在一所学院探索教育改革的实践。担任院长8年多来，钱颖一没有再带过一个研究生和博士生，也没有申请过一个研究课题，而是集中精力，在清华大学经济管理学院推进教育改革，履行一个院长的职责。（中华工商时报评）[3]
