氢原子百科 钟尚平，男，1969年10月出生，博士，教授，硕士生导师，福州大学数计学院信息安全与网络工程系副主任，福建省超级计算中心副主任，福州大学龙网信息安全技术研发中心主任，福州大学鑫诺物品编解码技术中心主任；福建省科学工程计算重点实验室（大规模网络安全与行为分析）方向负责人。
人物经历
1991年7月福州大学数学系数学专业本科毕业，获学士学位；1997年1月福州大学计算机系计算数学专业研究生毕业，获硕士学位。作为校优秀毕业生，留校任教六年。1994年至2002年在IT企业从事研发工作，先后任程序员、高级程序员、项目经理、软件部经理和副总工程师等职。2002年9月至2005年1月在中国科学院计算技术研究所计算机软件与理论专业攻读博士学位，获得诺基亚博士生冠名奖学金和中科院计算所优秀学生称号等奖励，并于2005年1月破格两年半毕业。2007年任副教授(破格)。

主要贡献
已在《Neural Networks》、《Pattern Recognition》、《电子学报》、《通信学报》、《计算机辅助设计与图形学学报》等刊物及国际会议发表录用30 余篇论文，并获得了两项国家发明专利。完成了“863”项目子课题、福建省自然科学基金、福建省青年人才基金等纵向项目, 并已在网络信息安全及模式识别(总参、空军、网安、国安)、金融证券、电信和电力行业应用等方向, 负责(或参与)了20余项横向应用课题。
