赵庆良，现任哈尔滨工业大学环境学院副院长。^[1]

1982－1986年：毕业于沈阳建筑工程学院给水与排水专业获学士学位

1986－1989年：毕业于哈尔滨建筑大学环境工程专业获硕士学位

1989－1993年：毕业于哈尔滨建筑大学环境工程专业获博士学位

1993－1997年：哈尔滨建筑大学土木、水利博士后流动站出站

1995－1997年：香港科技大学助理研究员

1989－1992年：哈尔滨建筑大学市政环境工程学院助教

1992－1997年：哈尔滨建筑大学市政环境工程学院讲师

1997－2001年：哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院副教授

2001－2002年：哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院教授

2002，哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院博士生导师

现任哈尔滨工业大学环境学院副院长。^[1]

环境工程，主要包括：1.废水稳定塘/附着生长稳定塘处理城市废水2.污泥高温/中温厌氧消化处理技术；3.复合式生物膜反应器处理废水；4.特种废水处理；5.垃圾渗滤液处理。
