赵定涛

赵定涛，1955年1月出生于安徽广德县，现任中国科学技术大学管理学院副院长、教授、博士生导师。他的主要研究领域包括战略管理与政策分析、危机管理。赵定涛教授在1982年1月本科毕业于安徽师范大学物理系，获得学士学位，1986年6月在华南理工大学社科系获得硕士学位。

近期主持和承担的主要研究项目有：“通过清洁生产强化中国企业家环境意识研究”（联合国教科文组织、联合国经济发展署项目）； “新源公司企业管理和形象发展整合研究”、 “新源公司岗位分析与薪酬设计研究”、 “天昌公司企业文化与企业形象整合研究”、 “天昌公司组织设计，绩效考核与薪酬设计研究”、 “巢湖流域经济发展及其与生态环境变化关系研究”（国家科学基金项目）、“安徽生态经济发展战略研究”（安徽省社科九五规划重点）、“淮河流域可持续发展战略研究”（安徽省重点招标竞争项目）等科研课题和企业委托项目20多项。在《科学学研究》、《预测》、《系统工程理论与实践》等期刊发表论文70余篇，书著6种。曾获安徽省社科优秀成果二等奖，安徽省科技进步三等奖，安徽省自然科学优秀论文二等奖等多个学术奖项。
