蒋伟(1981年-2022年12月25日),博士,原南方科技大学化学系、深圳格拉布斯研究院双聘教授,博士生导师。[1][2]
2010年9月,蒋伟在柏林自由大学有机化学系获得博士学位,随后于柏林自由大学任研究助理。2012年10月底,蒋伟加入了南方科技大学化学系,建立了有机超分子化学与材料研究小组。[3]2018年,蒋伟晋升为教授。[2]2022年12月25日,蒋伟因患癌症,医治无效,在深圳逝世。[4]
蒋伟的研究领域是超分子化学[4],其是国家杰出青年基金获得者、国家优秀青年基金获得者、国家海外高层次青年人才、英国皇家化学会会士、深圳市“鹏城学者”特聘教授。他曾获中国化学会“超分子化学青年创新学术讲座奖”、大环芳烃超分子化学“学术新星奖”、德国先令基金会“先令奖”等荣誉。[1]蒋伟所在课题组在国际期刊上发表学术论文60余篇,所做工作获得多国学术机构的亮点评述。[5]

2010年9月,蒋伟在柏林自由大学有机化学系获得博士学位(summa cum laude), 师从Christoph A. Schalley教授,随后于柏林自由大学任研究助理。2011年初,蒋伟加入美国加州Scripps研究所Julius Rebek Jr.教授课题组,从事博士后研究。[3]2012年10月底,蒋伟加入了南方科技大学化学系,建立了有机超分子化学与材料研究小组。[3]2018年,蒋伟晋升为教授。2020年,蒋伟当选英国皇家化学会会士,并荣获中国化学会超分子化学青年创新学术讲座奖。[5]2021年,蒋伟获批国家杰出青年科学基金项目。[5]同年,蒋伟课题组“仿生大环超分子化学”项目获深圳市科学技术奖自然科学类二等奖。[5]

2022年12月25日23时25分,蒋伟在与癌症病痛抗争一年半之后,因医治无效在深圳逝世,享年41岁。[4]
研究领域
蒋伟的研究涉及超分子化学、物理有机化学和超分子材料等领域,主要集中在新型超分子主体的设计、合成、其物理有机化学性质,以及其在催化、自组装纳米材料、分析检测、分子机器、药物投递、手性识别与分离、环境检测等方面的应用。[3]
主要成就
蒋伟提出用于构建复杂组装体的Integrative Self-Sorting概念、设计合成了构象多样性的大环以及具有内修饰功能团的分子管。所发表的论文被美国化学会ACS Noteworthy Chemistry和英国皇家化学会Chemical Science Blog等媒体点评,引起了国际同行的广泛关注。蒋伟教授作为项目负责人独立承担了多项省部级科研项目。[3]
蒋伟设计了一系列水相高选择性的萘环基受体“naphthotubes”;提出了一种优雅而简单的方法以增加分子识别选择性,即在疏水腔内壁直接引入识别位点,这些识别位点可以是氢键受体,也可为氢键供体,位点的可选性使其具有独特的结合特征和广泛的潜在应用领域,如传感、分离、催化、分子机器和调节生物活性等。[2]
蒋伟课题组从事新型大环主体的设计与合成、水相分子识别及其在分析检测、分子机器和智能材料等方面的研究。课题组以南科大为通讯单位在Nat. Chem.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等国际期刊上发表学术论文60余篇。相关工作获得了英国皇家化学会Chemical Science Blog、美国化学会ACS Noteworthy Chemistry、英国皇家物理学会Physics World和Phys.org、国家自然科学基金委等国内外学术机构的亮点评述。[5]
