聂宏

聂宏，男，汉族，1960年1月生于安徽宣城市，是一位教授和博士生导师。他于1990年毕业于南京航空航天大学飞行器系，并曾担任该校校长、党委副书记、常委、委员等职务。

1982年7月毕业于西北工业大学宇航工程系，获学士学位；

1985年3月毕业于西北工业大学飞机工程系，获硕士学位并留西工大任教两年；

1990年6月毕业于南京航空航天大学飞行器系，获博士学位并留校工作；

1992年4月任副教授；

1994年1月任教授；

1996年6月至1997年6月为韩国航空大学校访问教授；

1997年9月至1999年6月为德国航空宇航研究院机器人与系统动力学研究所“洪堡”基金研究员；

1998年11月至1999年3月为英国Bristol大学机械工程系“洪堡”欧洲奖励基金访问研究员；

1992年1月任南京航空航天大学飞行器系党总支副书记；

1993年3月任南京航空航天大学飞行器系副系主任；

1994年11月任南京航空航天大学飞行器系党总支代理书记、书记；

1999年7月任南京航空航天大学研究生部副主任；

2000年1月任南京航空航天大学党委研究生工作部部长、研究生院副院长；

2001年11月任南京航空航天大学党委常委、副校长；

2013年6月—2020年7月任南京航空航天大学校长、党委副书记。

2015年01月，据工业和信息化部网站消息，工信部任免了一批干部，聂宏同志试用期满，考核合格，正式任南京航空航天大学党委副书记，南京航空航天大学校长，任职时间自2013年5月29日党组会决定之日起计算。^[1]

2020年7月15日，南京航空航天大学召开干部大会，免去聂宏的南京航空航天大学校长、党委副书记、常委、委员职务。^[2]

现为国务院学位委员会第六届学科评议组航空宇航科学与技术组成员，国家“863”计划航天航空技术领域专家委员会委员，江苏省学位委员会委员，中国航空学会理事，中国宇航学会名誉理事等，《南京航空航天大学学报》副主编，《International Journal of Aerospace Engineering》、《中国机械工程》等期刊编委。

长期从事飞行器起落装置设计、结构动力学与控制和结构疲劳寿命预测等方面的研究工作。

主持承担德国“洪堡”研究基金、韩国科学与工程基金、国家自然科学基金、国家863计划航天航空领域研究专题、国家863计划先进制造领域研究专题、总装预研、空装预研、国家“921”工程预研、教育部“优秀青年教师奖励计划”、航空科学基金、江苏省高技术研究计划在内的多项研究项目。主持编写专著1部，参与编译审校手册、著作4部，发表论文120多篇（其中被SCI、EI收录学术论文80余篇）。
