Saturn Awards是一个由科幻、奇幻及恐怖电影学院（Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films）举办的年度影视奖项，每年颁发不同的奖项给该年最佳的科幻、奇幻及恐怖电影及电视剧。土星奖创立于1972年，旨在奖励和推进当年电影及电视领域的科幻类及恐怖类佳作，以及有突破和创新意义的优秀作品。
