第28届格莱美奖（28th Annual Grammy Awards）是美国录音学院（The Recording Academy）举行的第28次颁奖典礼，该典礼于1986年2月25日在美国圣殿礼堂举行，“年度最佳制作”、“年度最佳专辑”、“年度最佳歌曲”和“最佳新人”这四项综合大奖分别由《天下一家》（We Are the World）《No Jacket Required》和Sade获得。
