瓦特·布拉克

瓦特·布拉克（Walter Edward Block，1941年－），美国奥地利学派经济学家和无政府资本主义理论家，以其对古典自由主义法律秩序的独特见解而闻名。布拉克在新奥尔良的罗耀拉大学经济学系担任教授，同时是阿拉巴马州奥本的路德维希·冯·米塞斯研究所的高级研究员。他的代表作《辩护不可辩护》（1976年）探讨了一系列被普遍认为是犯罪或不道德的行为，提出了对这些行为的无害或公益性的辩护。^[1]
