王世敏

王世敏，教授、博士生导师，2008年12月至今任湖北大学副校长。省部共建功能材料绿色制备与应用教育部重点实验室主任、湖北省化学化工学会副理事长、享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。

研究方向光电功能材料、纳米复合材料、有机化学。

1988年毕业于湖北大学化学系、有机化学专业，获理学硕士学位。1999年毕业于华中科技大学电子科学与技术系、微电子学与固体电子学专业，获博士学位。一直从事有机化学、功能材料、纳米材料的科研工作。

在《J.Appl.Polym.Sci.》、《Materials Letters》、《科学通报》、《高等学校化学学报》、《有机化学》、《应用化学》等国内外学术刊物上发表论文八十多篇。

分别于2000年、2003年、2006年获湖北省自然科学二等奖，2001年获湖北青年科技奖和湖北青年五四奖章，2004年获“全国模范教师称号”。
