焦宁,男,汉族,出生于山东,现任北京大学药学院教授、博士生导师、长江学者奖励计划特聘教授。他的研究领域包括绿色化学、地球丰产过渡金属催化以及基于内源性物质进行先导药物发现的绿色方法。焦宁教授致力于寻找生物活性分子合成新途径和新方法,利用简单原料和高效的合成方法为先导药物发现和构效关系研究服务。他曾在山东大学获得学士学位,后在上海有机化学研究所获得博士学位(导师为麻生明院士)。焦宁教授曾获得国家杰出青年科学基金,并于2021年9月荣获第三届“科学探索奖”。

研究领域

1)绿色化学:氧气氧化与活化,氧合反应(Oxygenation Reactions),氮合反应(Nitrogenation Reactions)。
3)基于内源性物质进行先导药物发现,通过可控自由基反应、惰性键活化、串联催化等过程寻求生物活性分子合成新途径、新方法,利用简单原料以简洁、高效的合成方法为先导药物发现及构效关系研究服务。
