楚树龙 - 氢原子百科

楚树龙，男，1993年毕业于美国乔治·华盛顿大学，政治学博士，中国国际关系学界美国问题、台湾问题研究领域学者。^[1]^[2]

现任清华大学公共管理学院教授、国际战略与发展研究所所长，外交部党校教授，中央电视台国际报道顾问，中美友协理事、亚太安全合作理事会中国委员会理事，海峡两岸研究中心兼职研究员。^[3]^[4]^[5]^[2]

楚树龙主要从事政治理论与哲学、国际关系与国际战略、美国政治与外交、中国外交及安全战略的教学与研究，并在国内外发表200余篇论文。著有《冷战后中美关系走向》《国际关系基本理论》《政治学概论》等。^[2]

1978年，楚树龙在大连外国语学院获英语言文学学士学位；1985年，获北京国际关系学院法学硕士学位；1993年，获美国乔治·华盛顿大学政治学博士学位。^[2]

楚树龙曾在中国现代国际关系研究所从事研究工作11年，历任中国现代国际关系研究院美国研究所研究员、副主任、主任等职。^[1]

主要思想

2011年6月23日，楚树龙在布鲁金斯学会撰文，并提出“一国两府”概念，主张两岸若展开政治谈判，应协议维持“一中各表”的台海现状，进而相互接受、承认对方是一个中国之内的中央政府。楚树龙表示，现在双方政府官员称对方领导人为“先生”，是不正常、不应该的，而两岸关系要进入政治问题的讨论，就要解决这些不正常现象，要考虑是否“互相承认”。^[8]
