李肯立

李肯立，男，汉族，1971年10月生，1995年6月入党，湖南省涟源市人，研究生学历，博士学位，1993年9月参加工作。现任湖南大学校党委常委、副校长，教授、博士生导师。2018年5月，李肯立当选“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授。^[1]

2003年11月毕业于华中科技大学计算机学院（国家高性能计算中心（武汉）），获计算机软件与理论博士学位

2003年11月起在湖南大学计算机与通信学院工作

2004年美国伊利诺伊大学/美国国家超级计算中心应用中心访问学者

2007年6月晋升教授

2010年8月任国家超级计算长沙中心湖南大学建设办公室副主任

2014年7月任信息科学与工程学院副院长

2017年5月任信息科学与工程学院院长兼国家超级计算长沙中心主任

2020年10月任湖南大学校长助理

2022年9月起任湖南大学党委常委、副校长

国家超级计算长沙中心主任，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、中组部万人计划科技创新领军人才。高效能计算学科创新引智基地负责人、数据分析湖南省工程技术研究中心主任。担任国家超级计算创新联盟副理事长、新一代人工智能产业技术创新联盟专家委员会委员、IEEE高级会员、CCF杰出会员、CCF高性能计算专业委员会常务委员、湖南省计算机学会秘书长等学术兼职，IEEE-TC编委，IEEE-TII、JCSS、NEURO、C&F、IJPP、CCPE等特刊编委。

2024年1月16日，中国共产党湖南大学第十届委员会第一次全体会议，李肯立当选为湖南大学第十届党委常委。

并行分布式处理、超级计算与云计算、面向大数据和人工智能的高效能计算等。

作为项目负责人主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金国际合作与交流重点项目等国家和省部级项目34项。在IEEE-TC、IEEE-TPDS、IEEE-TCC、IEEE-TSP、IEEE-TSC、IEEE-TKDE、VLDBJ、AAAI、ICPP、CIKM、ICDCS、中国科学、计算机学报、软件学报等国内外高水平计算机学术刊物上发表论文250余篇，其中SCI(E)收录近200篇。获授权专利和软件著作权共9项。
