个人经历

1982年毕业于北京中医学院医疗系,

1982年-1986年在北京积水潭医院任住院医师。

1987年-1992年在美国纽约州立大学医学院研究生院 学习并获细胞生物学硕士学位(1990)和分子生物学博士学位(1992)。

1992年-1996年美国哈佛大学公共卫生学院心血管研究所及哈佛大学医学院附属医院心血管研究中心做博士后研究。

1997-2002年在美国哈佛大学医学院附属医院心血管研究中心任讲师,

2002年 起在美国哈佛大学医学院附属医院心血管研究中心任助理教授。北京中医药大学教育部心血管内科重点实验室客座教授。美国心脏学会会员、美国细胞分子生物学学会会员。

主要研究兴趣

运用分子生物学、小鼠心肌缺血模型及转基因和基因敲除等技术,系统地研究缺血缺氧诱导的血管新生及心肌细胞缺血状态下诱导的内皮细胞的基因表达及其生物学意义,以及抑制血管生成对于肿瘤发生转移的分子机理。此外,研究天然药有效成分对血管生成的影响。
