曹志冬 - 氢原子百科

2008年获理学博士学位，随后进入中国科学院自动化研究所，历任博士后、助理研究员、副研究员、研究员，中国科学院大学人工智能学院与经济管理学院双聘博士生导师。任新冠肺炎疫情联防联控机制科研攻关组信息化专班的专家组成员、“十四五”和2021-2035年国家中长期科技发展规划战略研究报告人工智能组的执笔人及多个国家一级学会的专委会委员、分会理事与常务理事。主持国家科技重大专项、国家科技重点研发计划、基金委重大研究计划等国家级课题十余项，发表SCI\SSCI\EI索引及科学通报、中国科学等中英文核心论文近百篇，主编/译著作3部，获军队科技进步一等奖、二等奖、中国仿真学会自然科学一等奖等科技奖励8项。

积极参与了新冠抗疫工作，相关成果获得国家领导和部委领导高度认可和重要批示，学术成果得到大量报道、转载和引用，科技日报报道《曹志冬：信息化科技抗疫急先锋》。^[1]^[2]
