研究方向
离子通道功能与调节机制
离子通道是神经信号发生和中枢信息处理的基础,对神经元兴奋性、突触功能以及细胞存活至关重要。我们课题组的研究兴趣在于了解神经细胞膜离子通道调节突触和神经环路生理功能的细胞和分子机制。由于离子通道的异常以及由此导致的突触和神经环路的紊乱是许多神经和精神性疾病(如脑中风和慢性痛等)的直接原因,因此我们还致力于研究离子通道与疾病状态下脑功能的病理性改变的关系,希望我们的研究工作能够为探索新的临床治疗对策提供科学依据。据此,我们以细胞与脑片电生理技术为主,结合计算生物学,化学生物学,基因转染和整体动物行为学研究等方法,研究:1) 离子通道(酸敏感离子通道,GABAA以及甘氨酸受体氯离子通道)化学调控; 2) 抑制性神经系统可塑性与功能; 3) 脑中风和慢性痛机理。
