张永哲,2009年6月博士毕业于兰州大学物理系凝聚态物理专业,是一名博士生导师。
个人经历
张永哲教授,博士生导师,2009年6月博士毕业于兰州大学物理系凝聚态物理专业,随后在韩国延世大学、新加坡南洋理工大学及华北电力大学从事博士后及教学科研工作。2014年度入选北京市科技新星人才计划。主要从事光电材料与器件方面的工作,包括光电探测器、太阳能电池、发光二极管及纳米激光器等,研制出超宽光谱响应范围(从可见光532nm至中红外10um左右)、超高响应度(8.61A/W)的石墨烯光电探测器,在响应度方面,相比同类工作提高了近3个量级,该工作被Nature Photonics杂志Highlight,并被USA Today, INOVACAO Tecnologica, NTU News,新加坡联合早报,中国科学网等几十家媒体报道。
个人成就
迄今为止,在Nature Communications, Small, Laser Physics Letters, Journal of Power Sources等杂志上发表论文30余篇,被引用490多次,申请国际专利2项,中国发明专利1项。主持和以骨干参加国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)1项、国家自然科学基金3项、北京市科委人才项目1项。[1]
