2000年在苏州大学工作。

2007年8月至2008年8月赴新加坡国立大学E. T Kang教授和K. G. Neoh教授课题组作博士后一年。

2012年2月至2013年2月赴美国Akron大学Stephen Cheng教授课题组作访问学者一年。

2014年江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象。

2015年6月至8月赴日本名古屋大学Kamigaito教授课题组作访问教授。

主要开设《高分子化学(双语)》等主干课程。
