《建筑与都市》于2005年1月面世，由上海文筑国际出版发行至2009年底，总计20余期，从2010年起，《建筑与都市》由华中科技大学出版社编辑、出版与发行。
简介
每期中文版根据中国国情，选择一期原版月刊，根据原版的日英双语内容进行翻译。并将逐步加入自组稿件的内容，以便更贴近中国市场的需求。
